Electro and Hot dip galvanizing are processes whereby an electroplating technique is used to place a thin layer of zinc onto a steel object.
CNC Laser and Plasma cutting and bending
Electroplating and Powder coating
The process of coating one metal object with a thin layer of another metal by applying a direct current. One can use either Chrome, Nickel or Copper.
Electroplating is done to give metal objects an increased wear & tear resistance, protection from corrosion or purely for an aesthetic appeal.
Notching
A removal process of excess metal from the outside edge or angle section of a metal work piece on sheet metal or thin bar and tubing.
Mig welding
MIG welding is used for larger projects using thicker metals that need longer, continuous runs.
Tig welding
TIG welding is used for smaller projects using thinner metals as it produces precise and clean welds.
Aluminum welding
Aluminum welding requires different techniques and processes than welding steel.
